112 Philpotts Road MAIREHAU, Christchurch City

This has got to be a better buy than a 2 bedroom flat or an over 60's unit, so come and see the space and garden you will get here!! With its double bedrooms and separate lounge, this home is another great example of a well built 1950's home that has been looked after and upgraded to aluminium joinery.
You also get a rural outlook, and a regular bus service to The Palms or Northlands Mall via the Orbiter.
Our vendors instructions are clear and she wants it sold.
