If school enrolment is part of your property search, check the exact street address rather than relying on a suburb name or a listing description.
Use the Ministry of Education’s Find a School tool to search by address and view school and enrolment-zone information. Zones and other details can change. Read the written boundary and confirm eligibility, application requirements and timing directly with the school before making a purchase decision.
These official school links cover different parts of Christchurch. Read the school’s current information and confirm the exact address and enrolment requirements directly. A link here does not establish that a particular property is in zone or that enrolment is guaranteed.
The Ministry’s tool also lets you search for other schools by name and address. This is a useful starting point for checking different properties against your family’s needs without relying on an older map saved elsewhere.
Our team can help you locate the property information supplied for a home. School enrolment decisions and confirmation belong with the school. Read our home-buying guide or contact Ray White Cashmere to discuss your search.
